Who we are
Leo has been around since day 1. He's rarely seen except on special occasions, but we always know he's there supporting us.
Richard has been involved in Leo House since its inception and was a founder Trustee. He is currently chairman. He has been actively involved in the Lions for over 40 years and has been President of Brighton Lions several times. A retired school bursar, he is now an adviser for the Citizens’ Advice Bureau, keen golfer and sports fan
Angie joined Leo House in 2001 following a sabbatical from her work in IT management. She now liaises with the nurses’ teams at Chestnut Tree House. An avid golfer, she has a successful allotment and volunteers for East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service. She met Richard through Leo House and they were married in 2007
Margaret joined Leo House as a Trustee in 2013. She has previously worked for the Prince’s Trust, promoting their programmes to young people and appropriate organisations, and also for Relate, where she ran their Worthing office. She is a member of Chichester Cathedral Council. Now retired, she enjoys going to the theatre and cinema, walking and Tai Chi and spending time with friends and family, especially her grand children.
Alistair joined Leo House in 2008 as company secretary. Alistair has spend the last 20 years working in the tech and new media business helping companies grow. When not working Alistair can be found cyling, or occasionally inline skating, along brighton seafront! He even ran the 2010 marathon for Leo House
Tony retired last year as Chairman and Director of ECE Architecture, an architectural practice he co-founded in 1991. Although retired, Tony keeps his hand in having set up a small residential development company; continuing to consult at ECE; and managing a self-build house for his daughter's family. He can also spend more time on his other interests of golf, classic cars, DIY and his grandchildren!!
